Frequently Asked Questions
What type of materials do you use?
We use the highest quality materials we can find, and on each page on the about section, it is listed the exact material. If you have any questions feel free to email us, and we can give you any more details. What handle options are available? There are four basic styles of handle that we make.
What bead/spacer options are available to me? There are many options available, and our in stock selections is always changing. If you would like to see our bead/spacer options please contact us. If you have found some beads locally that you just have to have on your lead, please feel free to email us and make arrangements to ship these to us so they can be included in your lead. There is no extra charge for this but you need to be aware that your lead will take extra time to be made because we can't start it until we get your beads. What shipping options are available to me? Currently we only offer USPS shipping since these leads are small and fit well in a padded envelope. If a different method is desired, special arrangements can be made. |
What type of clip options are available?
Clips are offered in four types:
Can I get colors other than what are listed on your website? Currently we only offer what you see. We are always looking for new distributors of materials and may offer other colors in the future. If you know where we can get a specific color that you want, please let us know. You are also welcome to ask for a specific color combination that we don't currently offer. We may not be able to do it but it might just make us look around for new colors. Can I get beads/spacers on a nylon lead? Yes! Absolutely. We don't make our pre-made nylon leads with beads on them but you can get some of our beads and spacers on the nylon leads. The holes in the beads are small and it is difficult to do which is why we don't put them on everything. However, the cost to you is the same as adding beads and spacers to a leather lead. I know what a bead is but what do you mean by a spacer? Why would I pay extra for this? Spacers are the metalic round pieces that sit next to the beads. These are not required on any lead. However, they tend to make the beads pop out and quite a lot of people like the way they look. |
